Mental Health

With one in five Canadians struggling with mental health issues in any given year, and 500,000 Canadians unable to work in any given week due to mental health issues, it is incredibly important to take action on mental health in the workplace.

Sun Life’s commitment to mental health means ensuring that Canadian employers and employees have the tools, resources, and information they need to address mental health issues in their workplace. It’s about helping to protect organizations and employees from the impact mental health issues can have, while promoting – and supporting – good mental health for all.
