We’re always looking for ways to make your members’ online experience better and easier. Well, we’ve finished remodeling and on September 26, we’re unveiling our new sign-in page for plan members – mysunlife.ca.
Recap of what’s new
Same site. New name. – The sign-in page will have a new name – my Sun Life. It will also have a new URL: sunlife.ca/member will become mysunlife.ca
Note: The old URL will continue to work. If members use sunlife.ca/member to access the sign in page after September 26, they will be automatically redirected to mysunlife.ca.
New look. New design. – We’re updating the look of the new sign-in page to match the sign-in page for sunlife.ca.
More info. More value. – The new look also allows us to provide members with tools, newsletters and links to commonly requested information right on the sign in page. Some of the links include:

Communicating with your plan members
We created this communication for your members, to remind them about the changes to their sign-in page. We also placed an ad on the main sunlife.ca page and a message on the secure member site.
