New paramedical services available for my Sun Life Mobile

Effective immediately, we’re pleased to announce that two new paramedical services are now available for submission on the my Sun Life Mobile App!

In September 2013, your plan members’ online experience was expanded to include e-claims submission for osteopath and acupuncture services. These were implemented automatically for plans that offered coverage for those services and that allow for paramedical e-claims submission.

Plan members currently enabled for online submission – and provided they’re covered for these new services under their plan – can now use their smartphones or mobile devices to submit osteopath and acupuncture claims through the my Sun Life Mobile App (mysunlife.ca/mobile) or through our mobile website (m.mysunlife.ca).

We have also prepared a communication for you to share with your plan members.
