As a Sun Life Financial plan sponsor and client, your business is very important to us. We want to provide you and your employees with the best possible service and value. That’s why each year we reach out to plan members via our plan member satisfaction survey.

This summer, we will once again randomly survey a number of plan members to gauge their satisfaction with our service and to determine whether they have any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.

We are writing to you in advance of this survey, and to ask that you encourage any of your employees who receive it to share their feedback by completing and returning the questionnaire. All survey responses are kept strictly confidential and results are not attributed to any individual respondents.
