Step 1: Apply for the VRSP

You can submit your VRSP application online today. If you need help or have questions, you can also call the Quebec Small Business Centre at 1-855-362-3086 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday to Friday.

Step 2: Share the good news with your employees

Under provincial legislation, you are required to notify your employees in writing of your intention to offer a VRSP at least 30 days before the effective date of your contract with us. To do this, you can use a sample notice letter like this one to advise your employees that the plan is coming into effect at a future date.
