Starting at the end of August, we will offer click-to-chat, an on-demand, quick-stop avenue to contact a live Client Care Representative agent in real time to all plan members on mysunlife.ca.

We believe this feature will encourage people to register to use mysunlife.ca and be an attractive alternative to calling the Client Care Centre or even sending a secure message to reach us.

How can plan members access Click to Chat?
Plan members simply need to sign in to mysunlife.ca and navigate to my financial centre. Next, they are free to select the Chat live now button to connect to a Client Care Centre Representative.

Is there an additional cost for this service?
There is no additional cost for this service – Sun Life is treating this service the same as telephone and secure message channels
