Organizational Changes at Beutel Goodman

Plan sponsors may wish to consider whether this investment news has any implications for the investment options available within their plans. Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada purchases units of the fund listed below, which is established as segregated fund in accordance with the Insurance Companies Act (Canada).

Beutel, Goodman & Company Ltd. (Beutel Goodman) recently announced that effective February 20, 2015, Colin Ramkissoon was appointed co-portfolio manager of the Beutel Goodman Global Fund.
Mr. Ramkissoon joins current co-portfolio manager, Glenn Fortin and will replace KC Parker, who has been a co-portfolio manager on the strategy since July 2013. Mr. Parker is still with the firm and managing other Non-Domestic equity strategies, including the Beutel Goodman International Equity Fund on SLF's core investment platform.

Background
Mr. Ramkissoon joined Beutel Goodman in 2011 and has over 16 years of investment and banking experience. He is a Portfolio Manager and a non-domestic equity research analyst responsible for the Financials sector. Prior to joining Beutel Goodman, he spent nine years in senior positions held at TD, in the areas of private equity and mergers and acquisitions.
