Plan sponsors may wish to consider whether this investment update has any implications for the investment options available within their plan.

Effective November 1, 2013, MFS McLean Budden and their Canadian operations changed their name to "MFS Investment Management Canada Limited".

As a global asset management firm serving clients in over 75 countries, MFS is committed to providing world class investment and client expertise in local markets. This move aligns MFS' Canadian operations with their global brand and demonstrates their commitment to building better insights for their clients.

MFS began using the new name on all official documents and Canadian operation activities on November 1, 2013. All agreements and legal documents previously signed by "MFS McLean Budden" remain valid with the corresponding obligations and rights unaffected by this name change.

As a result of the change, all fund names which previously included "MFS McLean Budden" will have the "McLean Budden" removed. Segregated fund name changes will appear on Sun Life Financial's system effective December 1, 2013.

How does this affect you and your plan members?
The name change will not affect any account information, investment practices or business processes. Affected plan members will see the fund name changes reflected online effective December 1, 2013, and on their December statements.

There is no tax impact as a result of this name change.
